Itzel Esperanza Mendez is a Napa, California resident. Based on fiction and non-fiction, she’s written a variety of mysteries, adventurous, and sci-fi fantasy. Furthermore, she’s a writer who published in Inkitt for almost 3 years.

Itzel is greatly fascinated and motivated by being around in nature and listening to music. This amazes her and helps her to click in with her feelings, which inspires her of how a whole world could just be created by not just using the imagination but using what you’re feeling at that very moment. She’s worked with her middle brother and other relatives when working on graphic novels, and has even had a great privilege to learn from different writers, one which would include James Riley.

When not writing, Itzel can be found either curled up in her bed at home with her favorite plushies, adventuring, selling refreshments outside of her house, cooking, baking, and roaming around in book stores. Not only that, but she also hangs out with family or friends either in Stockton or Napa. During the weeks off of school, she would help out at church as an altar server and volunteers at New Tech High school.
